Rank 1:
Rank Name: Trial Assimilee
Requirements: None
Priveledges: 4 withdraw/day from Bank Tab 1 (so they can get bags). No item deposit rights. Listen and speak on guild channel only.
Responsibilities: Purged if no one has seen them log in again for more than 14 days after joining the guild.
Notes: Promotion is straight from Rank 1 to Rank 4.
Rank 2:
Rank Name: Clone Drone
Requirements: All non-officer Alts are given this rank. "Alt" is defined as more than one character in The Borg Collective, not more than one character on Tanaris.
Priveledges: Listen and speak on guild channel.
Rank 3:
Rank Name: Needs Repairs
Requirements: "Penalty Box". Reserved rank for less severe disciplinary matters, as well as disciplinary matters witnessed by those who do not have the power to remove members from the guild.
Priveledges: All priveledges removed, including the right to speak on the guild channel. Listens to guild channel only. No bank priveledges.
Notes: Should remain at this rank until Powderkeg or a designated representative can review the matter and decide what punishment, if any, is appropriate.
Rank 4:
Rank Name: Borg Drone
Requirements:
- Time in Rank: 10 days as a Trial Assimilee. No major disciplinary problems (reports of ninjaing, harassment, or other offenses).
Priveledges: As Rank 1, with Bank Deposit rights and a 1/day withdrawl from Bank Tabs 2 and 3.
Responsibilities: Purged if inactive more than 30 days.
Notes: This would be the "default" rank for those without an interest in participating in the ranking system. Regular member.
Rank 5:
Rank Name: Senior Drone
Requirements:
- Time in Rank: 21 days as a Borg Drone. No major disciplinary problems.
- Achievement Goals: Must have earned the following achievements, verified by an officer:
** "Represent" (General) for Obtaining a Guild Tabard.
**
50 Quests Completed (Quests).
**
An Honorable Kill (Player vs. Player).
**
Any 2 Classic Dungeon Achievements.
**
Any 1 of the Following: Professional Journeyman, Journeyman Cook, Journeyman Fisherman, or Journeyman in First Aid (Professions).
- Questing Goals: Must show an officer through open trade the following:

Privateer Musket or Sea Dog Britches (quest rewards for the quest "Guns of Northwatch")
** Kris, Hammer, Axe or Staff of Orgrimmar (quest reward for end of quest chain, "Hidden Enemies")
One-time Rewards: A player achieving this rank for the first time may ask 1 Favor of a guild member Rank 7 or higher. This favor can be for items or equipment valued at 10g or less (if the member can afford it), or the member's assistance with one quest or instance run.
Priveledges: As Rank 4, with increased withdrawal rights.
Responsibilities: As Rank 4. Also must participate in one guild event of any type per month.
Notes: Characters who have already destroyed their quest rewards prior to joining may be given an alternate quest goal on a case-by-case basis.
Rank 6:
Rank Name: Veteran Drone
Requirements:
- Time in Rank: 21 days as a Senior Drone. No major disciplinary problems.
- Achievement Goals: Must have earned the following achievements, verified by an officer:
** 100 Quests Completed (Quests)

Any 2 Exploration Achievements
**
Any 1 of the Following: Alterac Valley Victory, Arathi Basin Victory, Warsong Gulch Victory (Player vs. Player)
**
"Deadmines" or "Gnomeregan" (Dungeons and Raids)
**
Any 1 of the Following: The Old Gnome and the Sea (Fishing), Expert in First Aid (First Aid), Expert in Cooking (Cooking)
- Questing Goals: Must show an officer through open trade the following:

Band of the Undercity (Quest reward for "Battle of Hillsbrad" chain)
- Leadership Goals:
** Must verifiably lead an all-guild run through an instance to completion.
** Must have led at least 3 guild members on an assault against a PvP target (battleground or low-level alliance town). Wave to an officer from the town or take a screenshot and email it if you can. :)
One-time Rewards: A player achieving this rank for the first time will have his or her epic mount training finanaced by the guild bank. Additionally, this player may ask 1 Favor of a guild member of Rank 7 or higher. This favor can be for items or equipment valued at 10g or less (if the officer can afford it), or the officer's assistance with one quest or instance run.
Priveledges: As Rank 5, with increased withdrawal rights. Additionally, the Invite Member power is added, and the member can listen to officer chat.
Responsibilities: Demoted to Rank 5 if inactive more than 21 days. May request authorized leave to be exempt from this requirement for vacation.
Notes: Characters who have already destroyed their quest rewards prior to joining may be given an alternate quest goal on a case-by-case basis.
Rank 7:
Rank Name: Sub-Adjunct
Requirements:
- Time in Rank: 21 days as a Veteran Drone. No major disciplinary problems.
- Achievement Goals: Must have earned the following achievements, verified by an officer:

Any 1 of the following General Achievements: Well Read, Safe Deposit, Fast and Furious, Plenty of Pets, or Level 50.
**
250 Quests Completed (Quests)
** Any Exploration Quest of a zone in ALLIANCE TERRITORY
(Exploration)
** ALL of the following: Warsong Gulch Victory, Arathi Basin Victory, 100 Honorable Kills, and Duel-icious (Player vs. Player)
** Professional Expert and Any 1 of the Following: Artisan in First Aid, Artisan in Cooking, or Artisan Fisherman (Professions)
**
Any 1 World Event Achievement (may be waived if nothing has been in season in a reasonable time frame)
- Leadership Goal: Perform a personalized task issued by a Rank 9 or 10 Officer.
- Questing Goals: Must show an officer through open trade ONE of the following:

Jarkal's Enhancing Necklace (Quest reward from Necklace Recovery, Take 3)
Priveledges: As Rank 6, with increased withdrawal rights. Additionally, can use guild bank funds to pay repair bills (max 5g/week). May now speak in officer chat.
Responsibilities: Expected to tithe 1g/week to the guild bank (if level 40+). Expected to honor 1 favor per week from a lower-ranking member.
Notes: As the Mallet is not a quest reward and can always be re-attained, no substitutes will be permitted. This is the highest possible rank to "earn" within the guild. All higher ranks are given by Powderkeg's grace alone.
Rank 8:
Rank Name: Adjunct Clone
Requirements: All officer alts go into this category.
Responsibilities: As their officer counterparts.
Rank 9:
Rank Name: Primary Adjunct
Requirements:
- Only 15 Guild Members are allowed to hold this rank - 1 per class as a "class leader", and 5 at large officers. There may be less than 15 until we reach our maximum guild size.
- Preferential consideration will be granted to members of higher rank within the guild when a vacancy is open.
Responsibilities: As Rank 7. Must assist in evaluating rank assessments and guild quests. Must assist in promoting guild activity, recruiting new members. Must help plan guild events. This is solely for those who wish to give their time and energy to the cause. Must tithe 3g/week to the guild bank (if level 60+). Must honor favors from lower-ranking members 3/week as needed.
Priveledges: As Rank 7. Nearly unlimited access to guild bank. Demote power added, may demote members to Rank 3 for disciplinary concerns. May change guild MOTD and guild information.
Rank 10:
Rank Name: The Borg Queen
Requirements: Be Powderkeg.
Notes: In the end there can be only one. :)
Example non-rank related guild quest:
Objective: Take a screenshot standing over the body of King Varian Wrynn. :)
Reward: A personally wrapped present from Tsunsu and your name in the guild MOTD for a month. :)
